GoogleDO NOT TRUST THEM!!
I hope before going ahead with them in either buying or selling a property you read this message.
I have tried purchasing a property with them, made an offer that was accepted, however, our bank came back to us telling us they won't be able to lend us the money for this property.
They are currently trying to sell an "un-buyable" house. Literally no bank would give you money for this.
They disappeared for 4 weeks and came back telling us their broker could help us. Spoiler alert: he can't.
Absolutely unprofessional, I wouldn't either purchase or sell with them!!

Dear Andreana, I am sorry however I do not have a record of you making an offer through our office at Plumstead, I wonder if perhaps this was another office or agent? If I may be of any assistance then please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Kind regards, Spencer Humble.

GoogleThe whole team has been super helpful from start to finish. Often providing us with information ahead of our own solicitor! We were both first time buyers and honestly a bit clueless re the process: Adele, Hazel and the rest of the team helped facilitate communications across all parties always in a timely and courteous manner. I would highly recommend them!
