GoogleRingley is supposed to be managing the residential part of our building, which is unfortunately owned offshore and managed in favour of the business renters. We pay them a contract to keep our service charges in line by checking the billing. Over several years, they have failed to act. If you are looking for an agency to manage your residential building, I cannot recommend them.

GoogleZaid is well informed on fire regulations and provided a lot of concise information for me to consider. He also has a list of recommended specialist firms who can provide an FRAEW survey. I would highly recommend Noor Construction.
