Having just bought and sold properties with Mackay we are extremely happy with the service and outcome from our dealings with them. With minimal guidance from ourselves they were able to translate our instructions into the required actions; starting with the excellent marketing photographs and video that showcased our old home to perfection, through to the eventual sale and completion. Adam and his team were always helpful and receptive to our questions. In particular, our first contact, Daniel, was patient and understanding of our position, always available when needed, spearheading the whole process in a professional but friendly manner. An excellent company who we would thoroughly recommend.

Useless at managing our road. We have complained multiple times to Ringley that they are not enforcing the parking restrictions, and as a result we end up with parked cars surrounding our house and often invading our property. This has been brought up to them several times via email over the past few years. Now we've even noticed people making fake permits, and even more people taking advantage of the free parking on our private road. Not sure what we're paying service charge for here, just a spot of gardening here and there!

We own a flat at Caledonian Wharf. Ringley’s service has been unacceptable from day 1. No replies to emails. No one answers the phone. No follow-up on communal repairs like carpets and painting. The cleaner signs in but doesn’t clean, stairs aren’t even vacuumed. They also changed the main entry locks without telling us and locked residents out. Months later we still don’t have keys for the cupboards under the stairs and by the main door that belong to us. You cannot get through to complain. Very disappointing and stressful. I hope senior management reads this because residents have no way to be heard. Avoid.
