GoogleAfter years of not being able to tackle urgent repairs on the house due to quarrelling parties, we were very relieved to have had Ringley's appointed. Mary-Anne and her team managed to reason with the parties involved and help move refurbishment forward. - we have since had invaluable support on repair work, legal issues and general matters as a freeholder. Ringley's management of the building has always been handled professionally and efficiently. we can't recommend Ringley's highly enough.

GoogleThis morning I sent to Dilara an email regarding the main drainage blockage, almost the next minute a plumber knocked my door! It was super fast, totally out of my expectation, thanks a million! I also asked Dilara for EWS1 form and Fire Risk assessment for remortgage purpose, she was very helpful as well. Thanks!

GoogleGoogle Review for Karl Bradley Senior Relationship Manager - Ringley Jan2023 In 2020-22 we, AMC, undertook works consisting of: fire alarm upgrades, compartmental upgrades, integration and upgrades to the Automatic opening vents and the fire doors to meet required safety standards. The cost of these works was £467,276 Karl’s current role is as a Relationship Manager meeting the daily needs of AMC through our standard Ringley Property Management Agreement. During the delivery of this specific project he developed additional project management skills and worked with the AMC director team to successfully deliver a timely result. His continued efforts resulted in re-imbursement of the funding, in full, from the original developer. We, at AMC, look forward to working with him in his capacity as our tenant/owner point of contact (working alongside an extended Ringley Engineering Team) in the replacement of existing cladding to achieve an EWS1 Certificate. GoogleThis building management company is completely unhelpful and awful. They never answer emails and have been increasing service charges for the past two years due to poor maintenance and faulty contractors. They communicate poorly with leaseholders, sending new bills and demanding payments, but hardly ever answering emails. The building manager associates with my building is extremely rude and unhelpful, hardly ever responding to emails. I’m honestly shocked!
