From the first phone call to Mackay they had my attention, Tracey was polite, jovial and more importantly interested in my situation, it felt like someone wanted to help us sell our home and it wasn’t just another day in the office which I found when contacting some of the other agents. Tracey clearly loves what she does and it shows. From there we met Adam who completed our valuation, clearly new what he was doing and understood the market and talked to us about the best options and time to release are property to ensure the right buyers came along. The unique videos that showcase the property almost made us want to put an offer in. Since we have been dealing with Michael who is friendly, knowledgeable and again this isn’t just a job the team at mackays the passion they have for taking time and doing things right has been clear throughout the process, they all offer great advice, are not pushy and ensure you make the right decisions. Fabulous team, fabulous service, and proof that 1st impressions are key. We knew straight away that we wanted Tracey showing potential buyers around our home. Congrats Adam on assembling an exceptional team.

Living in Earl building in Langley Square for the past six years and still liking it here. As everywhere else nowadays we do come across some problems with trespassers and thieves as well as technical issues ( lifts, doors, bins etc.) We all have to thank our supporting team for great job that they doing here on estate. They always wiling to go extra mile to help. Thanks to our Caretaker Dan rescuing cygnets from the waterfall…. Thanks to our Manager Liam for help with bringing Grocery shopping on the top floor when lift was out of order even on his days off… Liam always ready to help with anything. Thanks to our beautiful always smiling Cleaner for her hard work too…
