GoogleAfter a deeply inconvenient misunderstanding, Sagar and his team dealt with our complaint with the utmost professionalism. I will have no hesitation in engaging them in the future. Their response is a testament to their customer service.

GoogleWe worked with the Property Inc. team, Jamil, Kamil and Jonathan as were looking to buy our first property. They were extremely diligent and responsive, and considering we were first time buyers they were a huge help for us going through the whole process. The mortgage advisor and solicitor that they recommended were brilliant, and we closed in record time! Thanks again for helping to make our first home purchase go so smoothly for us! GooglePut down a holding deposit for the shop,The letting agent Jonathan and manager saga neglected to tell me that this was not the case,They also provided little to no information throughout the process. Worst letting agents I’ve ever dealt with (and I’ve had some bad ones). Avoid if you can.

GoogleI highly recommend property inc , sagar was amazing helped me find my ideal shop and got me the keys with in weeks there service is so professional and there hospitality is over board in the best kind of way , sagar is so patient and understand and has a way of speaking and dealing with his clients, you would not think this was an estate agents , they are way to professional! at one point I have met sagar , jamil and kamil they all very lovely and professional people and can deal with your enquiries straight away. I can’t thank PROPERTY INC ENOUGH, and I highly recommend every one in London to use them , thank you again .

GoogleProperty Inc sold my property even though I was abroad for a while. They looked after my property and kept me informed on any progress via email and telephone . I didn't have a clue about the legal process and Sagar, Kamil and Jamil guided me patiently through the whole process. I was pleased with their professional service .Their office is just outside Turnpike Lane Tube station so it is conveniently located and the team is friendly with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying, selling, renting or looking to rent a property.

GoogleWhat can I say about Sagar and Justin? They are simply the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. So responsive, so supportive and just so helpful. You felt always that you were dealing with a real person, not just someone showing you round a property. All the advice I received was excellent, and the whole transaction was done with a level of respect and decency you rarely see these days. Simply the best!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAn extremely professional service. When you walk in and see their office and has been done up to resemble a plush London club and they are all dressed in three piece suits you immediately know they are "a cut above". Their highly personalised advice, support and guidance was invaluable.

GoogleSagar are Property Inc was phenomenal and incredibly professional every step of the way. Having had bad experiences with estate agents in the past, Property Inc understood exactly what we wanted and their knowledge of the area and buying and selling houses was invaluable. Not just to us (their clients) but the whole chain. If you are looking for a home and want to be supported along this stressful process, use Property Inc.

GoogleThe lady on the door is very flat out and has little energy left to assist customers. It felt like the estate agent is gimmick as they have only one property to rent, was small and expensive for what it was.
