GoogleJamil Hussain is one of the best agents in the business. Sold our place quickly and managed a chain of 5 in incredibly difficult circumstances. Went above and beyond in terms of managing the whole transaction even beyond his own sale. And we completed within 7x weeks. Could not recommend him highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GooglePut down a holding deposit for an apartment, working under the reasonable assumption that the place was mine if I passed the reference checks. The letting agent Jonathan neglected to tell me that this was not the case, they’d taken holding deposits from two other people (apparently the company policy is to take “only” 3 holding deposits each time). I passed the reference checks but after 6 days waiting I didn’t get the place. They also provided little to no information throughout the process. Worst letting agents I’ve ever dealt with (and I’ve had some bad ones). Avoid if you can.

GoogleI used Property Inc to sell and purchase a property. From dealing with many agents in the past, I can hands down say Kamil’s service levels were 2nd to none. He helped me throughout the whole process and had given me great advice along the line. After many agents had struggled to get offers, Kamil stepped in and later got me top price. A big thanks to the Property Inc for their amazing help! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

GoogleTHREE agents couldn't sell my apartment and they were all full of hot air. When I called Property Inc, they were honest and personable immediately. They priced it correctly, were honest and sold in one week. They were just straight with me and give Agents a good name. Thank you to Jamil & Sagar.
