Absolutely premium service from start to end. The standard of service from Jonathan has been incredible. The viewing was excellent and any questions he didn't know were answered via email by the time I got home. He is incredibly professional and put me at ease immediately. He then spent a substantial amount of time since May chasing my solicitor to remove blockages and finally got us over the line today. Even when I went to pick up the keys and was in the office for all of 5 minutes I was offered a drink. All around a top tier service.

Communication was poor throughout the tenancy. Emails were routinely ignored, promised calls not forthcoming and when responses did come, they were often delayed, unhelpful and only partially responding . The property manager failed to inform the landlord of new tenants arriving for months , neglected to accurately record regular property inspections, and repeatedly missed deadlines for renewing tenancy agreements.

We purchased our property through Jonathan from Property Inc., and unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. The listing lacked crucial information about the leasehold and service charges, so we repeatedly asked Jonathan for these details. Initially, he assured us the lease had over 100 years remaining and provided a vague estimate for the service charge and ground rent. However, when we pressed for a definitive answer, he never gave us one. In the end, we had to pay for a Land Registry search ourselves, only to discover the lease had just 88 years left. Whether this was deliberate dishonesty or sheer negligence, it was highly unprofessional. Being in a chain and having already sold our previous property, we had limited time to find an alternative, so we reluctantly proceeded with the purchase. However, the entire process was a frustrating ordeal. Jonathan was consistently slow to respond to queries and never provided proactive updates. At one point, he was off sick for two weeks without so much as an automated out-of-office reply, leaving us completely in the dark. Overall, our experience with Jonathan and Property Inc. was deeply disappointing, and we would not recommend them to anyone.

Property Inc exceeded my expectations of estate agents, especially Jamil and Jonathan! My old property was on the market with a large, well known chain who weren't being proactive to get viewings in. When I found the new property I wanted to buy listed with Property Inc, Jamil offered to take on selling my old property too, to help put me in the best position of securing the new property. Immediately, I had lots more interest and viewings on my old property, and a sale was agreed. Despite the new property having interest from multiple parties, including chain free first time buyers and people offering higher, Jamil helped assure the seller that I was a serious buyer, and the benefits of them managing the chain with my sale and purchase together to avoid issues, and the purchase was agreed. Jonathan was responsive throughout and helpful chasing my slow solicitor. Thanks guys!

If you're looking for an agent who'll be on your side and fight the battles along the way that can be challenging look no further Special mention to Jonathan Aduhene.
