We were awkward clients because we had our hearts set on just one house and the sale of our old house fell through a few times for reasons that could not have been foreseen. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service, as our many positive testimonials show. So it is hard to think that any of our clients will believe that such a complaint could ever apply to us.
The only client we can think of who would write this, is currently refusing to pay our bill, despite us introducing the buyer for their property. They had threatened to give us a bad review if we asked for the payment due to us, so it seems this may be the result.
