GoogleTyler at Prickett and Ellis has been nothing but communicative and helpful. Prickett and Ellis have worked with us both in terms of marketing our property, and in terms of helping us with a purchase, and Tyler has kept us updated regularly and thoughtfully; we have never felt out of the loop, all our queries have been very rapidly responded to, and this is genuinely the best experience we have had with an estate agent over the years. Couldn't recommend more highly.

GoogleI had a good experience with Prickett & Ellis. The staff were polite, non-pushy, honest and helpful. There were no underhand tactics or lies. There was good communication within the office and they kept me up-to-date. They were respectful towards my property when doing viewings. Nothing was broken, and the doors and windows were left locked. Thank you Prickett & Ellis.

Absolutely shocking service, feel furious I had to pay them anything at all. No communication- constantly didn’t reply to calls and emails, sold the house and never even spoke to the agent- shocking! He avoided us in the street as he knew we’d ask him to answer the emails, and once even told me he had couldn’t answer my emails as was so so busy and had to dash off to an appointment so couldn’t talk and then went straight in to the local Irish pub to watch the euros!! Some of the team were helpful and friendly but the agent who sold our property unfortunately was really disinterested. Didn’t even communicate the day we exchanged or completed- all contact we had was through the solicitors. Such a shame

When my parents wanted to sell their house in East Finchley, we looked at a few estate agents but went with Prickett & Ellis because they came across as most prepared and professional at the meetings and looked to have a good list of people interested in the area already. We weren't disappointed - we had viewings lined up even before the photos had gone up in their windows and the whole process proceeded remarkably smoothly and swiftly. Highly recommended.

GoogleI recently had to sell my father's flat in East Finchley on his behalf. I chose Prickett and Ellis because of their central position in East Finchley, their local knowledge and their friendly staff. They have worked very hard for me in challenging market conditions, and have been extremely pleasant and helpful with a sale that was not always straighforward. I have dealt with various staff members but special mention must go to Serge who has primarily been handling my sale, and has struck a great balance between driving things forward without being pushy or too 'salesy'. Many thanks to everyone at P&E, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in East Finchley.

GoogleThe sale of a property off East End Road, N2, took from November 2017 to February 2019 because of works needed before the sale could be completed. Serge Weinberger, P.&E.'s negotiator was tireless in keeping contact between myself and the eventual buyers, as well as being very helpful in respect of the works. He was completely efficient and professional while maintaining a pleasant, approachable manner throughout; nothing was ever any trouble and his experience of every aspect of such dealings was invaluable. You always knew you were in good hands. I could not recommend Prickett &Ellis more highly.

GoogleHallo House sellers or buyers ... We put our house on the market with Prickett + Ellis ...mainly because I knew they would water my plants .. as we are were away a lot while the house was on the market... I have known Amanda + Elenor for a long time over the years and they have always been polite ..honest and forth right in there opinions on sales.. We achieved a very good price for our house and were very pleased with the services offered... although we always tried to show the house ourselves as a personal bit of selling ... as I was in retail ...so it is in the blood. I would recommend them very strongly // lovely to deal with ..always optimistic ...and great results at the end of the day. Spencer Elster.
