TrustpilotThe Worst property Agent In The Market
The worst property agent I have ever come across. I have rented a property from them, and after moving in the house, I found some faulty appliances. I reported these immediately, but they took ages to fix some of these, and after four months of reporting broken toilet (which is health and safety issues)' I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent property from them.

Really poor experience. Complete lack of communication and was red buttoned a number of times when chasing up my offer on a property. They also turned up late to my initial viewing, wouldn’t answer the phone and told me details about the property that just weren’t true. After all this, they had the audacity to call me disrespectful when I asked to make a complaint. Steer clear.

GoogleWe took on a rental property through this branch and they were really on the ball. Our lettings consultant was a pleasure to deal with, tackling most of the process with urgency, while their back office handled referencing & payment precisely by the book. We faced only the slightest bit of friction on the specifics of our tenancy agreement, but these are not your typical estate agents in most respects. I would definitely use them again!
