TrustpilotThey are only quick on the raising rent notice
They are so slow on helping tenants.They took 4 months to fix our blinds. We have reported water leaks in our house, never been fixed. Once they replaced our clothes washing machine with a broken second hand they need it to replace again after some cloths being damaged.AVOID THIS AGENCY!

GoogleRecently we rented a property off of the Portico Fulham branch. We were very happy with the service they provided even in a difficult situation, with us being on holiday. My only little gripe would have to be, the constant bombardment from several different employees reiterating the same points (communication within the office is essential). Thank you though for all your help. We do enjoy a new place very much and I'm sure we'll use Portico again, hopefully though it'll be when buying.

TrustpilotAVOID - PORTICO DOES NOT HONOUR CONTRACT
Avoid using portico property at all costs. They are yet to return our deposit despite us moving out over a month ago and are now claiming that certain clauses in our signed tenancy agreement are ‘guidelines’ and that they do not have to honour their side of the contract. They will do anything to keep your money and are without doubt the worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune of using. DO NOT USE PORTICO.

GoogleThe Junior team were excellent in organizing the viewing and clarifying some points with the land lord/lady. The Negotiation process was stressful but upon reflection the team did as best they could to reach a fair agreement between us and the land lord/lady. The reference process was relatively quick and the paralegal kept us informed of what was going on. The senior lettings team were quick to get minor contract issues sorted out. All in All very happy. As an landlord who travels abroad frequently, it is very reassuring to be able to deal with Mia Walcott-McCormick @ Portico. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mia on several occasions over the past year for all manner of items, e.g. rental renewal, legal licensing for new housing regulations, general maintenance and repairs and it is an absolute pleasure. She is consistently prompt and professional in all communications, both verbal and written.

Dealing with them traumatized me and my family. They are very unprofessional. It was hectic two months for us. They have breached the contract, effectively rendering us homeless with our 1 year old baby. Never ever go to them.....
