Hi Ioana, I'm sorry you feel this way. However, I have looked into your file and we couldn't help you secure the property you wanted because you didn't meet our affordability criteria. We asked you if you could provide a guarantor that meets the criteria and you weren't able to. We would have loved to secure the property for you but if you don't meet our criteria, regrettably we can't help you further. GoogleMy experience of renting a property through Portico was relatively painless. They are a friendly bunch who are helpful and easy to get hold of. Their range of available properties was also much better than the local competition. I would recommend giving them a go.
