Never dealt with such horrendous estate agents in my 10 years living in London and that's saying something!! The Portico Walthamstow team were rude, shameless and aggressive in their approach (I have the emails to back this up!) making our purchase process unnecessarily stressful from start to finish - piling unnecessary pressure on everyone in the chain on a weekly basis. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The service is prompt and efficient. The only slight inconvenience is that at times there seems to be a fast turnover of staff and I lose track of who is dealing with my property. On the other hand this reflects the fact that most of the time they get on with managing the flat reliably so I have little need to contact them! Thank you.

GoogleThe experience of renting a property with Portico was fairly good. They show us 2 properties and the second one fit with our expectations. The defects we found when we came in were solved in a reasonable amount of time. Something to improve might be how the communication works. I definitely say yes of going ahead renting a property with them with my experience until now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a tenant renting a property through Portico I would definitely advise avoiding them. They charged very high fees (before the new act made them illegal) and offer absolutely no support whatsoever. No inventory, no formal check-in and terribly written contracts. They are honestly the most unprofessional and untrustworthy agents I have ever come across.
