GoogleCan you give less than 1 star? These guys would definitely need it. They screwed up things with us so bad when we were renting with them. If GDPR had existed at the time they'd be paying fines left and right. Tenants be sure to avoid them at all costs. Absolute worst letting agent ever

GoogleThe team were fantastic, really pleasant to deal with and incredibly professional. They were brilliant in terms of co-ordinating viewings and keeping me updated with feedback. They found three professionals to rent my flat and ensured the whole process went very smoothly. They looked after the professional clean and the inventory service and I couldn't have been happier with the whole service provided.

The process was delayed by unforeseen circumstances and the Portico team was always able to help and respond to phones and emails prompllty. As a tenant, do not use Portico!!!! Stay away from them. From excessive application fees (prior the law making them illegal), check-out fees and ANYTHING to grab some of your deposit..... I have learned so many life lessons from Portico and the stereotype is now cemented in my mind; never trust estate agents, esp a letting agent!!!!!!!

Very happy with the level of service and diligence shown by Spyros Miaris (Forest Gate, London) ironing out matters relating to my AST and Tenancy Rent Deposit at the point of contract renewal. Would have given 5 stars but landlord communication has been a little lacking on the Property Management side of the business.
