I wouldn’t even give portico one star. Outstanding problems for 18 months serious damp issues. Don’t respond to emails unless they want something from us and ignore the initial request from us. Avoid at all costs. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel so strongly about this.

I have always found the communications and emails from Samantha to be both informative but also interesting and relevant to me. I also love the Portico Places initiative, (who doesn't love a discount right!), but now I go to far more local places than I ever used to.

I recommend Portico wholeheartedly. They have made the process of renting out my property (both via Airbnb and for short/long lets) extremely easy. They respond to emails promptly and efficiently and I have not had to concern myself with any of the 'nitty gritty'. DON'T HESITATE.... RING THEM!!

Avoid. Time wasters. I had 3 viewings organised days before and confirmed an hour before. Then outside the first property no-one turned up for the viewing, the office had no record of the viewings, and all 3 properties had actually already been let.Very very poor

Rang Saturday lunch time to view a property. Rang for ages then someone hung up. Rang again, no answer. Emailed saying we want to view that day and can’t get through. Nothing. Tuesday at midday I get a call. Too late. Not using them
