TrustpilotIf I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. As a tenant renting a property through Portico I would definitely advise avoiding them. They charged very high fees (before the new act made them illegal) and offer absolutely no support whatsoever. No inventory, no formal check-in and terribly written contracts. They are honestly the most unprofessional and untrustworthy agents I have ever come across.

Grazyna from Portico’s Accounts department has been absolutely superb in providing timely, helpful and clear support and advice in managing the paperwork my property. This has been especially so as I have temporarily withdrawn my property from the market to help refurbishment and there was no obligation on her part to assist. Well done Grazyna and thank you.
