This discriminant racist rental estate, is corrupt, their immature staff should be avoided, extremely unprofessional! While searching for flats, the jerks insulted me for my age, selectively picked hell holes to rent, its clear they hate asians, despite the mayor being asian, its selective discrimination Their also a rip off their agency fee is extortionate like everything in London

GoogleJamie at outlook leyton was extremely helpful from start to finish in respect of the sale of our flat. We got an offer within two weeks and the sale completed without a hitch in our required timeframe and in less than two months. Thanks for your hard work and we would definitely recommend using their services! They have an excellent knowledge of the leyton area and housing market.

Dulwich branch was terrible. Cancelled an appointment when we were already on the way, because they accepted an offer on the first day of viewings (this was for a rental - everyone else uses a fair system where you apply and they choose at the end of the day).We complained and received the most unprofessional response I've ever seen.

Never dealt with such horrendous estate agents in my 10 years living in London and that's saying something!! The Portico Walthamstow team were rude, shameless and aggressive in their approach (I have the emails to back this up!) making our purchase process unnecessarily stressful from start to finish - piling unnecessary pressure on everyone in the chain on a weekly basis. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The service is prompt and efficient. The only slight inconvenience is that at times there seems to be a fast turnover of staff and I lose track of who is dealing with my property. On the other hand this reflects the fact that most of the time they get on with managing the flat reliably so I have little need to contact them! Thank you.
