GooglePG Estates managed the flat that we rented for almost two years. Before you make an offer, they are quite nice. They tell you that the landlord wants long term tenants. However, after 9 months, the change their minds and want to sell. The heating and hot water system was old and so inefficient we almost had a BG technician come every two months. We spent almost two months with low water pressure. They take time to reply to your emails. All of this would not be a big deal if, in addition to that, Ed Gormley, owner and manager of this agent, was not a liar. Oh no sorry, he is not a liar, he makes big mistakes. Strangely, he only tries to correct the mistakes which are not in his favour. Otherwise, he can just say he made a mistake, and he is sorry about it, and that's it, we just have to accept a completely different and unfair situation. Avoid these people, they are not professional and you cannot trust them.

GooglePG estates fixed my long (1.5 years) pending issues as soon as they take over the control of the property. The staff visited my property and he was very polite and listening to the problem. Within 3 days, they spoke to the landlord and fixed the problems that I reported. They have a system to report the problem and we can track it until it gets resolved which is really good. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI have never thought i will say that one day regarding my previous experiences !!! But this is the best agency EVER!!!! They care about us, always polite, well presented, if you have any problem they will do everything they can to satisfy you. I even received a lovely box the day i moved in, with some vouchers, sponges, noodles and plainty more. Very pleased !! Thank you. Well done 👌

GooglePG Estates have been taking care of my property on and off for the past thirty years, first with founder Peter Gormley and now with his son, Ed. This isn''t just one branch of a huge chain of estate agents and you get a very personal level of care. Ed is completely involved in every aspect of the business but he also hires great staff. I can't praise the company highly enough.

GoogleThe first thing i would like to mention is that the staff in this agency are polite and accommodating, anytime i have visited. When it comes to sorting out problems they actually try help genuinely and don't pretend to do so. I have to praise one of the agents i have worked with the most her name is Chontay, she is efficient and very pleasant a credit to the company.
