GoogleOur property manager Jasmin was such a help during our transition to a new flat mate. She was always prompt in getting back to us and insured that the process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. GoogleOur property manager Ronan was very helpful throughout the entire process of finding an apartment. He took us through every step of the process and continued to answer our questions even after the contract was signed. This was especially helpful as we are new to the UK. I would recommend PG Estates to anyone looking to rent in Islington.

GoogleIn 2000 I inherited my mother's house in Islington. PG Estates has managed it as a rental property every since, first as a one-man neighbourhood operation and now as a fully-digitized multi-location organization with many people taking care of many properties. The heart of their service remains the same. I have always relied on their sound advice, local knowledge and ability to take into consideration both a landlord's and tenants' needs and requirements to create a smooth and well-run ongoing relationship. As an 'absentee' landlady, I appreciate the visual impact of good photographs and open communication, and attention to all the myriad details that I could not attend to myself. They are prompt, well-organized and trustworthy. I do not like the 'star' system, so I have given 4/5 to ensure that nobody rests on their considerable laurels.

GoogleMy partner and I had very positive experiences with PG Estates during our 3 year stay in our rental flat. They've got an intuitive website that lets you submit a repair, and we'd always receive quick responses back (e.g. we had to submit 3 repairs during out 3 years). Their communication was very good in these instances. I'd like to shoutout Akash, Lissy and Lyra, whom we've worked with most. Lyra helped us find replacement tenants really quickly when we moved out, and she was thorough and kind to work with throughout the process. Overall highly recommend PG Estates. I know many estate agents don't have the best reputations, but PG is an outlier and is great to work with

GoogleI can honestly say this is the best experience I've encountered with an estate agent and that's due to one man: the joyous force of nature that is Arnaldo. Our search for a house was somewhat difficult and protracted, with a couple of unforeseeable events causing things to fall through. Rather painfully so. The one constant reassuring presence throughout this was Arnaldo who understood immediately what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make things happen for us. He would make sure he got us in first to anything he figured we'd like and delivered any required admin straight away. He had the perfect combination of empathy, efficiency and hustle you need in an estate agent. And he's a top guy to boot with a first rate emoji/gif game, ha! When we make our next move, he's the guy we'll be going to see,

GooglePG Estates is an excellent agency. I have been using their property management service for nearly 15 years and I have found the people on the management team to be professional, proactive, informed, communicative and always easy to reach. The owner is also on hand if needed to give knowledgeable and intelligent advice on any issues or queries that one may have. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting a serious and professional management service.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!!! PG Estates is the worst agency I ever experienced in London, and I have been renting here since 2008. I flagged the issue with the balcony doors the second day I moved in, and the issue is still not fixed even though the whoe month passed. They also did not provide the right level of cleaning - e.g. the carpets were not cleaned, and keep arguing that the property was cleaned even though the inventory clerk himself noted many issues. The cleaning invoice they provided as a proof was written in Word Doc and did not have any signatures and even the manager name - so pretty dodgy piece of evidence if you ask me. I commented the inventory document which was pretty badly written and full of mistakes - e.g. it noted 6 pillows on sofa, while only 5 were left and such were clearly visible on the picture included in the report. They also denied me the second pair of keys - this actually never happened as by law I should be allowed access to all pair of keys available to the flat and no third parties, except with my approval, should retain them. Another crazy point was that the agent did not want to initially come to conduct check-in and tried to force me to come to the office which is c. 40 mins by tube from the flat. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

GoogleWe were with PG Estates for 15 years and their service was consistently brilliant from start to finish. They gave useful up-to-date information during Covid19 and when we sold the flat a few weeks ago they provided a smooth close including a full Inventory and a spotlessly clean flat. It's an excellently executed full service, stress-free and great value for money. And everyone who works there are warm, helpful and friendly. So look no further - I highly recommend PG Estates.

GoogleThey cancelled a viewing when I was already at the property and was only notified 5 minutes before I was meant to meet the agent (after travelling one hour to view).They would not even bother rescheduling a viewing because someone else had put down an offer on the property that was not even accepted by the landlord. This agency is extremely unprofessional and would warn against anyone trusting this company.

GoogleWe have been working with our manager Akash Pithia at PG Estates and he has provided great customer care and detailed reports of any issues so we can come to a joint resolution instead of a list of items to resolve by ourselves. If we in turn have had any queries or issues he has taken lead to get these resolved as soon as possible.

From my experience, their office is responsive and professional and appear to deal with both tenants and landlords in a timely manner. GooglePG Estates have been the most efficient agents I have dealt with. They are reliable and confident when arranging to rent a property. Special mention goes to Nina particularly for her help in our rental process. The whole team has been great and always answer the phone & emails with every answer I need. Would highly recommend.
