GoogleWe have been tenants with Peterman's for over 8 years. Throughout our tenancy, we have found them to be professional, courteous and very approachable. They listen and they deliver. All with a lovely personal touch.

GooglePretty OK service but way too many documentations, proofs and outright inaccessible places to rent. Rent-wise, they always push for higher rent price as others might take it. Landlords were always friendly, helpful and returns most of your deposit.

GoogleI expected it to be hard to sell the house as it had been lived in for sixty plus years and wasn't in great condition visually. Petermans had a good strategy and got an offer quickly which went through to completion. I found it easy to get hold of them

GoogleWe had a difficult sale that took some time due to Coronavirus restrictions. That said Wendy kept us informed throughout and was great at speaking to the vendor with us and moving things along on their side.

GoogleCalled up as a prospective buyer looking to buy urgently in the Herne Hill area. Incredibly rude salesman, seemed deeply inconvenienced by the call and perturbed that he had to answer basic questions about prospective property. Will avoid any further properties they have on the market from this experience.

GoogleAvoid the letting agent called Raymond at all costs. He misled me on numerous occasions from telling me there was BT internet when there wasn't, to trying to pass off another properties EPC rating as the belonging to the apartment I was going to rent. He sent me "an exact copy of the contract you will have to sign" but with double the fees we had agreed to, include in it. No apology was given and eventually after complaining about him he offered to return the full holding deposit so I would go away.

GoogleMy tenant received a letter stating I had sold my flat and if he needed a new home to call Petermans. I do not know this agent. I have no thought of selling. A shocking buisness practice. A low life agent.

GoogleIn very difficult circumstances this year, I felt Petermans had our backs. Both on the rental and sales front, their representatives, Amar and Rory and their boss Wendy Peterman, have been very supportive. They have advised us well and have been helpful. Also, their back room staff have always been very welcoming when I have required information

GooglePetermans is a very friendly local business that we had the pleasure to work with with. We bought our house through them in 2015 and they have been amazing throughout the process. We then moved and used them to rent the house and again, we had a pretty smooth experience with them.

Contrary to the previous review we found the Raymond St A Douglas, Property Consultant, to be very helpful, going above and beyond to help us secure our current flat, which we love.
