I really enjoyed my viewing and had a genuinely positive experience with Toby. He was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable. Toby took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. I'd happily recommend Toby to anyone looking for a professional and approachable estate agent.

We had a house viewing with Toby and were really impressed. He was professional, friendly, and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. As a couple just starting on our house buying journey, it was great to have someone who was approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He was happy to have a conversation and didn’t make us feel rushed or under any pressure. Toby made what could have been a nerve-wracking first viewing into a really positive and enjoyable experience. We'd happily recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and personable estate agent.

We had a wonderful experience with Petermans and particularly with Amar Khennache. We initially were too late to view the house as an offer had been accepted. When the sale fell through Amar contacted me and it all went smoothly from there. His experience and knowledge of the area was clear from the start and his advice on who to help us get the house surveyed/conveyed thoroughly and efficiently were spot on. Nothing was an inconvenience for them including taking the time for additional viewings after contracts had been exchanged so my mum could have a look. He guided us through the process and offered help at every step including the odd solicitor prod when things weren't progressing. I'm just really grateful that Petermans was the estate agent and Amar was our agent. I would recommend and I would definitely use them again.

A highly professional and reliable agent. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, advice was thoughtful and well-judged, and the process was handled with integrity from start to finish. It was reassuring to deal with someone who combined commercial realism with patience and care. I would be very happy to work with Wendy again and to recommend her to others.

Ben was an absolute delight to work with from showing us the house to giving us the keys! Was such a help when we encountered a rough patch when unforeseen council tax was, wrongly, placed upon us by his co worker.

We sold our flat through Petermans and from start to finish they were brilliant! They kept us well informed and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. Despite a few stumbling blocks along the way, Petermans were always there to give us the advice we needed and were extremely professional and friendly throughout. We would absolutely recommend Petermans if you’re looking to buy or sell a property. A particular mention goes to Wendy Peterman for her excellent handling of the sale. She was always on the case and kept us well informed at all times, thank you Wendy.

As a first-time buyer I found that Petermans guided me through the process without putting on too much pressure. Always quick to communicate, Wendy and Amar were honest and gave good advice. Viewings and other meetings were Covid-safe, and it was very helpful that the office was so local. A pleasure to deal with, and I couldn't be happier with my flat!
