GoogleI have been using Peter Woods Lettings for many years and have always had excellent service. The whole team go above and beyond to help out, much more than any other agencies that I have dealt with. Not only have I always had good tenants through them but they make the whole process smooth sailing. They are always happy to help out with any query. I cannot recommend them highly enough!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleJack from Peter Woods, London has been very helpful throughout the whole process of finding our property, the place we found was handed over to us in excellent condition with the inventory check being the most thorough I have seen in my 15+ years of renting! Jacks customer service has been exceptional and the agency isn't a rip off (unlike others I will not name in London!). I look forward to working with them in the future!

GooglePoor customer service and unprofessional staff. Agent never turned up to viewing and staff lied that she was just parking at the property. She cancelled 25 mins later stating another offer was accepted without bothering to tell us. Don’t waste your time with this company - time wasters and dishonest

GoogleI've had a very straightforward experience with Peter Woods Fulham. The agent I've dealt with (C.S) was extremely helpful and even came around to help when I had issues opening the door to our new flat! In the end everything was sorted and I'm happy with this service. They will be my number 1 option when I'm ready to move again.

GoogleAbsolutely horrified by this agency. Will never recommend or let from them ever again. They do not care about your needs as a tenant. I was in an unsafe living situation and they could not care less.

FacebookTotally unprofessional, flat handed over dirty, Black mould present in bedroom, bathroom and hallway. Food left in the fridge, stains all over the carpet and curtains. I called numerous times complaining over the past 2 weeks and nothing has been done.Would not recommend this company to anyone.
