GoogleMe and my partner had the misfortune of letting a Pedder property up until October 2017. 4 months on and we have only just received our deposit back after having to open dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Damp developed in our property within a month of living there and no one ever came to repair the damage. We were then presented with a bill for redecoration costs totalling nearly £500! Jasmine Fulkes, who was our "Property Manager", even visited our property and reassured us that we were not to be held responsible for this. I believe we sent nearly 30 emails to Jasmine over the course of 6 months and either received no reply or a "I'll get back to you" email. Completely incapable, lazy and inexperienced staff who behave as though they are doing you a huge favour when completing the simplest of tasks. The worst property agents I've ever dealt with.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling end of tenancy service from Pedder property management- such a shame having had a lovely/ low touch year long tenancy in a beautiful flat (which needed no input from the agents), ruined by rude, unresponsive staff who seem to think that a duty of care ends at the moment you move out. Although I fully appreciated and tried to sympathise with the agents (who act as middle men when negotiating disposit returns), Pedder have taken 4 months to return any deposit. Will not be recommending the service.

Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them

GoogleAppalling customer service with rude telephone manner. Called to book a viewing and was told I would get a call back when viewings were to be confirmed. I called back 2 days later and they had had viewings and the property in question had gone. No apology no explanation. Awful.

GoogleExcellent service across the board. Both Scott and Bill are always willing to answer emails or pick up the phone. They are consistency friendly, professional and patient. They've worked hard for me in both sales and lettings to find me the right buyer and tenant, and have not been discouraged when things fell through or take longer than expected. I would be more than happy to recommend them.
