TrustpilotGreat communication
I chose Pedder as I really liked the way Mollie clearly set out the terms of our agreement and followed up on every action needed to get the sale over the line, especially during the final moments where everything always seems to come to a standstill! I highly recommend working with Mollie at Pedder if you’re looking to sell your property.

TrustpilotProfessional team work
In these uncertain times, Pedder were most professional with their guidance and support. During the process of selling and renting property their well co-ordinated teams were all most knowledgable, each conscious of its current stage to promptly advise me. This was valuable as when inevitably some team members were out of the office, someone was present at all times to update me on progress. Their management was impeccable, again every necessary check and service being provided quickly. I found this most reassuring.
Thank you for your kind review!Very best wishes,Pedder

TrustpilotBest Rental Experience Ever
I rented with Pedder for 5-years and i must say that their Property Manager, Nora Parkes, was a blessing in my life. Very kind, understanding, compassionate and most of all, very professional. Nothing is ever too much for her to Handle. Pedder is definitely lucky to have her as I believe she is a great brand ambassador.

TrustpilotWe recently exchanged contracts selling…
We recently exchanged contracts selling our flat through Pedder and found the team really efficient and helpful. We were selling and buying and the process ran generally smoothly. The team were always quick to respond to messages and queries and liaised with our buyers and solicitors regularly to keep things moving. We received an offer pretty quickly, so didn’t see a lot of what they do in marketing properties but we were happy with all the advice we received when putting the flat on the market. The only point for improvement we would raise, was they could have done more to help us find an onward property, as we didn’t get a lot of suggested properties from them when we were looking for our next place. But once we had an onward place sorted they were helpful with ensuring everything worked out for the chain.
Thank you for your kind review!Best Wishes,Pedder

GoogleWe bought from client with Pedder this year. It wasn't an easy process for various reasons, but Ben was great throughout the process, always excellent communication and mediation between sellers, solicitors in the chain, ourselves, and our agents. Would definitely use Pedder again, if we were to sell.

TrustpilotExcellent experience selling our property with Pedder!
Excellent experience selling our property with Pedder, working with Joshua Doel. Professional, responsive and helpful - really felt like a cut above all the other agents we spoke to/have come across whilst looking for somewhere to buy. Feels like a smaller more bespoke agent that really takes the time to work with you, doesn't upsell, and is honest and practical. Would strongly recommend.

TrustpilotOnly interested in targets
When we started with Pedder for our property sale, all seemed to be going well and the pre-sales experience was smooth. But post-sale, everything changed at the first hiccup it became clear that, even though we were paying their fees, they were not there to protect our interests. We had daily calls to exchange contracts when we weren't in a position to do so with our purchase, fully knowing the risk that exposed us to. Constant attempts to undermine the lawyers to the point where our solicitor suggested we move the sale somewhere else. And all of this only increased as we got to quarter end financial targets. We will not be using Pedder again and a stark contrast to their competitor who we bought off
Sorry, we have only just started using Trustpilot and been made aware of your review. Our apologies again for this.

GoogleJust want to say a massive thank you to Kolade and Dan for helping me to get my car started on Monday afternoon. If it wasn’t for their help getting my car jump started I think I’d still be sitting in the car park now..... Not a property review, I know, but nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I know where I’ll be heading the next time I need to find a property or breakdown service! Thanks again
