We recently exchanged contracts selling our flat through Pedder and found the team really efficient and helpful. We were selling and buying and the process ran generally smoothly. The team were always quick to respond to messages and queries and liaised with our buyers and solicitors regularly to keep things moving. We received an offer pretty quickly, so didn’t see a lot of what they do in marketing properties but we were happy with all the advice we received when putting the flat on the market. The only point for improvement we would raise, was they could have done more to help us find an onward property, as we didn’t get a lot of suggested properties from them when we were looking for our next place. But once we had an onward place sorted they were helpful with ensuring everything worked out for the chain.

We had a great experience moving into our beautiful new flat thanks to Cameron and Sevda from Pedder. Sevda showed us around the property. She was really helpful and friendly. Then Cameron did the lease and negotiation side of things. I have never met a more responsive, helpful and efficient agent. He made the whole process painless, quick and easy. When we started with Pedder for our property sale, all seemed to be going well and the pre-sales experience was smooth. But post-sale, everything changed at the first hiccup it became clear that, even though we were paying their fees, they were not there to protect our interests.We had daily calls to exchange contracts when we weren't in a position to do so with our purchase, fully knowing the risk that exposed us to. Constant attempts to undermine the lawyers to the point where our solicitor suggested we move the sale somewhere else. And all of this only increased as we got to quarter end financial targets.We will not be using Pedder again and a stark contrast to their competitor who we bought off
