I rarely write reviews, but the very high quality service provided by Pedder and Tim Gittins and George Bramley in particuar was impecable! We were looking for a house for a while now, and have seen many houses with many agents. The vast majority of them is either pushy or not helpful at all. Tim, George and Pedder, on the other hand, were very professional and helpful. They were also very polite and pleasant, ensuring every house visit was a pleasant experience. From the very first contact until completion, Pedder provided an excellent service. Highly recommend!

I was recommended Pedder's letting service by a colleague at work and wasn't disappointed. Cameron Beames came around to view the property and was warm, open and honest. He gave me an intelligent rental value and talked me through the plan of action. Pedder very quickly made the property live and in turn got us two offers! Cameron and Sevda Bellikli over saw the paperwork and were extremely helpful and communicative. They offered support and guidance throughout the whole process and even managed to get an ‘Inventory Check In’ booked in at the very last minute, which took a lot of stress and pressure of my wife and me. We are extremely happy with the service we received!

From the initial phone call

From the initial phone call, the estate agents at Pedder come across as unhelpful and full of attitude. They racially profile tenants to “advise” the landlords on who would be the best tenants. I viewed a property and made an offer the same day, then to be told 2 days later that the landlord had gone with another offer despite me meeting the criteria. I will never use Pedder again.

Highly professional but also massively personable, the process was really easy from start to finish. Special mention should be made for Harry Penfold who is possibly the best agent I have dealt with in over a decade of renting and buying in London. We have recently sold our house in East Dulwich using the ED branch of Pedder as our agents. The experience was painless and the service was excellent. They got our property on the market quickly and people through the door as promised. All of the staff are polite, professional and give sound advice. The office is welcoming and the staff are very available to you throughout the process. Their local knowledge is extremely handy too. We had a buyer within 3 weeks, I think in large part due to going to market at a realistic price. Since, Will has managed the transaction well, liaising with all agencies and our buyer to ensure exchange happened successfully. Overall we're extremely satisfied with the service and we would recommend this agency.

Twice now i've emailed the Dulwich branch via rightmove and had to chase them up to book a viewing as they don't bother to call back. There are a lot of agents out there in a very competitive market so i would have expected much better service from them
