We recently used Pedder to sell and buy our next property after a good experience 3 years ago and we were not disappointed. Cansu was our agent and she was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. We had some delays throughout and she was great in negotiating this throughout the chain. Cannot recommend her enough!

Clearly the best in the area

I don't know what magic Pedder do, but a pattern in Crystal Palace is to see another estate agents sign for a few months unsold then a Pedder one goes up and it's sold within a week. They seem to truely sell an area as well as the home. We skipped the first step and Izabella sold our property within a week!

As a buyer, I really appreciated that because Nicole had been the one to sell my flat to the sellers when it was a new build, she knew loads about the building and the flat itself, and also about the sellers. She was also a very helpful go-between throughout the buying process, chasing up both sides to keep things moving and keep everyone updated.

I had Callum as my estate agent for my sale and he was great throughout the whole process. Great communication, quick turnaround time on questions or requests, and the agents were all incredibly friendly. Were able to set up viewings quickly, and identify other new properties that were similar/matched what I was looking for. Cristina was also wonderful in helping arrange a very quick move-in date, and handling the logistics with the landlord to facilitate the move-in.
