Highly recommend Carolina from Pedder

Carolina has been brilliant from the first time viewing the property right up until completion. She is personable, professional, transparent and fair. She went above and beyond to ensure all parties got a good outcome. She explains things clearly and always ensured I was kept up to date. She is quick to respond and easy to get a hold of and I really trusted her guidance throughout this process. As a first time buyer I was lucky to have Carolina as my agent and I cannot rate her highly enough.

Mollie is the best estate agent you'll get

Mollie from Pedder was our estate agent for the purchase of our first property after the previous one we tried to buy fell through.She was amazing from the very beginning to the end. She took us to a number of properties and was never pushy, allowing us to make up our mind about each of them. When we made the offer, she helped us secure it very quickly and we were lucky that she was the one handling our case to the end (in our previous experience, we got passed out to another agent and we never heard back from the person who helped us with the visits). During the conveyancing process, Mollie was extremely considerate of the fact that we had just lost a property and since we were buying this flat with the condition that the lease would be extended, we were a bit nervous that something could go wrong. Not only did she help us navigate this unknown, she was also always giving us updates even before we had to chase and when we had any questions, she always got back to us within the day. We felt like she was in our corner and really cared about this working out for us. If we ever have to sell our flat, we would definitely want Mollie to be our estate agent.

Pedder have been excellent from the beginning to end of the process and exceeded my expectations by doing the following:1. Told me they could sell my property within a month, they actually achieved an offer at asking price on the property after a week of being on the market.2. Conveyancing, there were lots of the usual issues to sort out along the way and Callum was proactive in solving them and always available to speak on the phone if needed.3. We went from offer to completion in 14 weeks.Pedder are a high quality local estate agent, Alexander and Callum are a winning team and take all the stress out of the process, I can't recommend them highly enough

A cut above the rest

Having recently moved to Southeast London, l was looking for a two bedroom flat. I registered with several estate agents and l found Pedder the most helpful. I was especially grateful to Callum Melrose who almost always sent me information on the kind of property l was looking for thus not wasting time. In person he was always pleasant and punctual, never pushy. Although in the end l found a flat off market, l would go back to Callum in Pedder if l needed to sell or buy a property. I would definitely recommend him!

I bought my flat from the previous iteration of Peddar in 1987. I moved in 2000 but kept the flat and rented it out with Peddar as managing agent.. It has been a seamless experience with a long term tenant and immediate responses to maintenance. The tenant is happy and so am I.

Pedders were first class when selling our house, they advised us well about the price, negotiated the deal well and we had a very good outcome. Hanne Hall looked after the sale for us and she was a a star, always there when you wanted her, always kept us up to date as to how things were progressing and, crucially, she always rang back when she said she would - she understands people! Selling a house is a stressful excercise, but Hanne kept the worry to the minimum. Big 'thank you' all round!

Clearly the best in the area

I don't know what magic Pedder do, but a pattern in Crystal Palace is to see another estate agents sign for a few months unsold then a Pedder one goes up and it's sold within a week. They seem to truely sell an area as well as the home. We skipped the first step and Izabella sold our property within a week!

Great communication, quick turnaround time on questions or requests, and the agents were all incredibly friendly. Were able to set up viewings quickly, and identify other new properties that were similar/matched what I was looking for. Cristina was also wonderful in helping arrange a very quick move-in date, and handling the logistics with the landlord to facilitate the move-in.
