Lee, many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We may not have been correct in our assumptions, it's impossible to say as the Tenancy did not go ahead, but unfortunately, if we have even the smallest suspicion that a property will be used for sub-letting purposes, then we cannot proceed. This particular Landlord, in owning a property opposite to Harrods, has been a victim of subletting before and is particularly strict. We have just won both Gold and Silver awards from All Agents for our excellent customer service skills - so I can only apologise that you feel our service was below par.
