GoogleLewis and Lottie were super efficient in organising the rental of our apartment. The guys are really approachable and helpful. They made us feel very welcome having come up from North of the Wall and made the whole process very straightforward. We would highly recommend Onslows and enjoyed our chocolates! Thank you guys.

GoogleSpeaking as an expat, Onslows have been incredible! Lewis, Lotti, Roby and the whole team have been so helpful. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to help out has not gone unnoticed. They even managed to arrange to have some of the furniture that we purchased before arriving in London arrive at the flat and assembled our couch. They are always quick to respond and have been nothing but professional and kind through the entire process. I would 100% recommend them to anyone else and use them again myself.

GoogleOnslows is an asset to the profession, and they have raised my expectations for similar services. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end and found the process of renting from them to be hassle free and enjoyable. It is doubly impressive since I approached them during one of the hottest rental periods London has ever seen. I began my move on December 21st and was moved happy and comfortable by January 12th! It is a pleasure to work with everyone. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, including Lotti, Lewis, Hannan, and Roby from maintenance. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

GoogleLewis pursued us, as Landlords, for years and every time we had to tell him that we had long-standing tenants and couldn't help him. He was always very polite, asking if he could contact us again in the next 6-12 months. When Covid-19 hit, we suddenly found ourselves with a vacancy, the country in lockdown and the prospect of a long void period. Right on cue, a call from Lewis and we decided to give him a go in these strange times rather then use our usual agents (who we were already happy with). His expert team quickly put a great video together for virtual viewing and the flat was taken within days of the video going live. His communication has been top-notch all along the process.
