Having rented several properties from various agents, Oliver Burn has been the best agent that I've dealt with by far. The team are all very helpful, friendly and responsive. It made the moving process all that bit less stressful. Louise has been particularly fantastic and helped accommodate any moving requests that I've had. It's really a terrible service... A lady named Diana made us wait 2 times. The first time we went, she kept us waiting for 30 minutes, and then she talked to us in a rude way. The second time we went, she didn't show up after 45 minutes and She made up an excuse. It's really bad service. I certainly never went there again.

Dear reviewer, we take all comments very seriously and have investigated yours further. Strangely we have no record of you on our systems and can confirm that these viewings never occurred. Following the Covid-19 Act, we were working closely with our clients and customers to ensure all of our staff members and anyone we were working with were not at risk to Covid-19. We were not facilitating any viewings at the time to ensure we were following all health & safety protocols. For you to have had not one but two viewings would have been physically impossible as Diana has not carried out any viewings for the last 6 months, as Sales Director her role does not involve viewings. Diana was extremely helpful as we bought our first home, getting us answers from the vendor and being very quick to respond to our questions. She even recommended a very efficient solicitor who we used.

Definitely the best agency I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have owned properties in London and abroad for many years now, so I’ve worked with a few agents! Time and again I always seem to be let down but NOT with oliver Burn, every time they deliver! With Diana Burn at the helm you are in the safest hands possible! They care about their clients and they’re passionate about property! A winning combo! Oh and in days gone by Diana used to be on property television, such is her expertise! Can’t speak highly enough of the tenancy management at Oliver Burn. Louise was always quick to respond even when she was on holiday or over a weekend. She was proactive, friendly and helpful. Honestly made our rental experience as positive as it could’ve been. We felt as if we were the only people she was looking after at all times.

Absolutely fantastic!!

Absolutely fantastic!! Recommend this company 100% I was a rental tenant for many happy years and received great service always. General maintenance issues were always dealt with and when I needed electricians or plumbers they helped. They then went in to help me find my own home to buy. Thank you Diana and Wric, every step of the way you were superb! I now I want to rent my home out and again they have been second to none. Their advice is sound and their expertise comes from years and years in the industry. I have also recommended them to about 10 people that have happily bought and rented with them and they too have glowing reports of their experiences. So thank you all so very much! Having struggled to sell my flat using Purple Bricks (not something I would recommend anyone doing), I came to Oliver Burn and had a good feeling from the start. Tim, Mark and Theresa are endlessly professional, passionate and knowledgable, and made the process quite painless. My experience felt very personal, which is so important when you're engaged in what is ultimately quite an emotional transaction (at least it was for me, selling my home of ten years). They seemed to understand that and were brilliant from the first phone call all the way to exchanging contracts. I would highly recommend.

Oliver Burns was not a nice agency to work with. They were unaccomodating as they do not do evening viewings. The person who was showing us around the property was 10 minutes late. The woman who runs the phones in the office was rude. A complete disregard for customer service.

Dear Dominique, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our office hours are 9am, 6pm during the week, however our negotiators do undertake viewings later than this most evenings. You should have been told by the person you spoke to that they would need to check with the negotiator to see if they were able to make a 7pm viewing and we apologise for this. Regarding our late arrival,our Saturday diary is extremely busy and occasionally our negotiators can run a little late if the traffic is heavy or the previous applicant is not on time, our administrator says she spoke to you just before Iain was due at the property and confirmed that he was on the way. Iain also says that he apologised for being adrift when he met you at the property. Iain was surprised by your review as you hadn’t mentioned anything to him on the viewing about your experience or in the subsequent emails on Monday and Tuesday, if you had he would have addressed your concerns in person. I understand from Iain that you have had an offer accepted on a property that you viewed over the weekend and we wish you well with your purchase.

Ever since we walked through the doors of Oliver Burn in Herne Hill, we felt in safe hands. A special mention to Tim Clarke-Payton who bent over backwards to help us secure our dream flat and Theresa Parsons for being such a friendly face and extremely organised throughout the whole process. Louise Putt now looks after the management and day to day queries.
