GoogleAs a property solicitor, I’ve had several transactions with Noah’s as the agents involved over the past 2 years. They are unlike any other estate agency I’ve worked with. They are approachable, proactive, supportive and have a general mantra of doing whatever is needed for their clients. Unlike some other agents who just push for an exchange date and can complicate matters, the team at Noah’s listen to what the clients want and do everything they can to make it happen, whilst keeping up to date with all sides of the transaction. I always feel joy when I see a memo of sale from them knowing we will be working together again. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in using their services! Jacob, Edward and Kourosh, keep doing what you’re doing!

GoogleI thoroughly enjoyed working with Noah's. The agents were so kind which I think is rare in this market. I was lucky enough to work with Oscar who went above and beyond to make sure I had the best advice in order to secure a place. Their honesty is refreshing and they truly want the best for their customers and you can feel that throughout!

GoogleWe have recently both sold and bought through Noahs and I can't recommend them enough! Always available, super helpful, honest and not your "typical" estate agents, which is so refreshing! Can highly recommend them for both a sale and purchase. Buying/Selling a property is a stressful time and they really do help keep everything moving and make sure the process is as smooth as possible - thanks Noahs!

GoogleThe service provided by Jacob and the wider team at Noahs was exemplary. I recently bought a flat through Noahs, which I’m delighted with, and much of the success of the purchase has to be attributed to them. Time and again they went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible, with Jacob on hand to give both honest and knowledgeable insight at all stages. A fantastic intermediary that I couldn’t recommend more highly.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIncredible service Oscar and Jacob have been outstanding and went above and beyond to get our flat sold. We have been on the market for one year with one of Notting Hill’s “prime” agency until we finally crossed paths with Noahs. I thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleSold through them, after being on the market for ages with the biggest London agency. Oscar and Jacob approached me out of the blue and made aware of why they thought the property wasn’t selling. They made me feel part of the selling …

GoogleVery authentic, surprisingly candid, real estate agent. I was extremely pleased with Oscar patience and truthfulness. Most obligingly, made time on a Sunday for a viewing which nobody does. Friendly guy who laid all the facts bare for me to decide. I felt no pressure, or pressed to decide.

GoogleThe only property agency that didn't creep me out. All of them are very cool! The vibe is very different from any other agencies I have ever encountered seems more like you are meeting with friends who want to help you out. All in a professional manner, you can tell they have years of experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you want to find "the place".PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe rented our first apartment in the UK through Noahs. They made a very stressful process very easy. They were always professional, friendly and helpful (which we found isn’t always the case with a lot of estate agencies, especially for tenants).

GoogleExtremely personable and helpful agency, actively worked with us to accommodate our tight move in schedule and various issues as they arose. Highly recommended.

GoogleI’m very happy with the services provided. As a first time buyer I didn’t have much knowledge about the process, and Oscar had been very helpful in every stage of the buying process. I definitely recommend.
