We had Noah’s as our estate agents, we were the buyers not sellers. Would not recommend at all. Little to no communication, very unfriendly & quite frankly showed how much they didn’t care about the sale at all. Oscar was constantly blunt & rude. We have family members who are in the industry and are mortified by how the company have behaved. Making us do jobs that they should be doing. Said he’d do things and didn’t. So impersonal. Im not quite sure why we got such a bad experience compared to others. As first time buyers they really tarnished our experience.

Noah's from the start have been excellent. Photos were done before I could blink, and the virtual tour is excellent. Their professionalism, attitude, and clear cut communication has been a breath of fresh air and I encourage anyone to give them a try. They won't string you out, they won't waste your time trying to convince you, they'll hit you with the facts give you a realistic valuation and then ask you how you'd like to proceed, providing solid advice throughout.

The team at Noah’s have been exceptional in their commitment to wanting provide a service beyond anything else in the retail estate industry (believe me, I’ve worked with a few different estate agents over the years). Jacob, Matt & Oscar went the extra mile to ensure the sale of our apartment has been smooth and completed in the quickest time possible. Keeping us, the seller, updated every step of the way with developments as soon as there were any developments. The first time Jacob visited the property he realised there were many light bulbs in the property that had blown from the previous tenants exit and Jacob took it upon himself to quickly drive to the nearest hardware store to buy replacement light bulbs (at Noah’s expense) to ensure the rooms were lit to their full brightness, prior to the appointment of the first viewing arriving, ensuring maximum impact. Needless to say the first person who viewed the property offered a price that we accepted. My wife and I want to say a HUGE thank you to the team at Noah’s for all their hard work and effort and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy their next property. Thank you!

My parents needed help to sell a property and I recommended my friend Jake at Noahs to them. As I’ve known Jake for 5 years I knew I could trust him. Plus previously he gave some friendly advise to my dad which helped him see that Jake cared and wasn’t after a quick sell and onto the next. During the process I checked up on Dad to see how things were going and he didn’t have a bad word to say. I knew my parents were in safe hands and just kept my mind at ease knowing they were being respected. Conclusion was they sold and my parents felt looked after by Noahs team throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Noahs to any families out there who want to make sure their parents are valued and treated with respect.

The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

Over the past year I have had multiple transactions with Jacob and the team; from renting a house remotely during covid, to managing a rental property and now buying a home in the area. I've been trying to get in touch with Noahs London for the past four working days regarding a flat I'm interested in renting, which is currently advertised on your website and on OnTheMarket website. As an occupation, I buy and sell property and come across both good and bad agents.
