I have the pleasure of being able to secure a flat for me and my friends with Vishal! He has been the most supportive and helpful agent anyone could ask for when we went through stress of being left at last minute by another agency, he advised me on what to do and has been so flexible to our budget and situation. The admin team are very very responsive and helpful and don’t bonbard you with emails and texts which helps with the stress of moving!! Vishal replies pretty much 24/7 to any questions and is always a helping hand when you run into potential problems!! everything seems possible with Niche lettings and we are so excited to move in!! Thanks for all your help so far :)

I had a very positive experience finding my flat through Niche Estates. It all happened very fast from viewing to moving in, but I got all the help needed and very throughout and fast answers to my questions and full support up until receiving the keys. Being a first time renter in the UK, I had a great experience and can highly recommend Niche Estates!

Letting Service

The service provided by Vishal and his team was exceptional right from the start. All marketing was done very promptly within couple of days and first viewing organised with 3/4 days with offers from two very good candidates.

Thank you Vishal

We started our house hunt 2 weeks ago, the properties we had been to were all much worse in reality than pictures had perceived them to be. However, this changed when we went for a viewing with Niche estates. The property was exactly as it had been advertised, we were extremely happy with everything and put a holding deposit down right away. Since then, Vishal has helped us through the whole process and answered all queries promptly. We've finally signed the contract and can't wait to move in soon! This could've been so difficult and long winded if it wasn't for Vishal's professionalism, hard work and honesty. Thank you very much.

Great service

Vishal’s team at Niche Estates are genuine, caring, honest and thorough. His long corporate work experience is now reflected in a very professional yet personalised way, if you have or are thinking about choosing an agent - it’s a safe & smart bet if you choose Niche for your property services! 👍🏽

The best service i’ve ever had, these guys work around the clock to help out. You can call them at any time and they always pick up the phone or call you back asap and very kind staff, absolutely amazing. They understand that finding a new place and moving is a stressful period and will help out, unlike other agencies i’ve had in the past. Although we didn’t find the property that we wanted yet, they are doing their very best to find a property fit for us. - Danilo

This agency doesn't play around. Me and my friends fell into some trouble very close to when we were supposed to move into a shared house. When looking for another house, we came across these guys and an absolutely beautiful house. In the space of literally a week we went from being in a panic to moving in, and it's all because these guys are so good at what they do. They keep everything extremely structured with suitable deadlines so that everything is received as quickly as they need to. They are also extremely thorough in the information they require from all participants. I and my friends are really happy with their service. Thank you!

I have to say these guys are the most professional agents I have dealt with, they delivered what they promised and so much more. I initially made an enquiry for my daughters requirements as I was moving abroad and Niche Estates offered to help me with renting my own property and I could be more happier with their service. They have been reliable from start to finish and found me wonderful tenants that I felt comfortable living in my home. I was exceptionally impressed with the quality of their photography and felt their knowledge and expertise left me reassured. Off abroad now and I have no doubt they will look after my property as if we’re their own! Thanks team!

Very poor service

Very poor service! Had an appointment at 10:30am and at 10am they cancelled the appointment with no explanation! I have been half way, and took half a day off from work, they don't respect other people's time!

Excellent customer service

Everyone I talked to at Niche Estates was very kind and helpful. Vishal showed me around the properties. I had a problem getting to the place of the viewing and, even though I was late, he gave me all the time I needed to look around. He explained all the details and answered to all my questions, always with the best attitude. After the viewings, he made himself available to answer any other doubts I had. He is very warm, professional, trustworthy and he went the extra mile to help me in my home search. I would highly recommend Niche Estates.
