As an international arts student, i managed to find a beyond perfect place to call home. My journey was made smooth not just with the flawless furnishings but the team who helped me address every emergency with the urgency that it deserved. Vishal has been incredibly supportive & cooperative. Not just with logistics but also with any & every home affair that I’ve dealt with. Throughout my stay of one & a half year in London & at the property, I’ve managed to not just call it home but build a habitat, host, but somewhere i could always come back to. The warmth of the place despite all rainy days or ups & downs with co tenants always sustained itself. My first home in London will be a good memory & never my last home in London only because of the team that supported this process. From moving in, to negotiations, tenant agreements, utilities, damage control & any other personal matter I’ve dealt with the team always felt nothing but a call away. I was able to pursue my masters & write my book at ease due to constant support & zero interferences or botheration from any rental related issues. Personally, Vishal has always been there to help out throughout my journey with his immense support & incredible guidance. I not only left with a bag full of memories but an incredible supportive team who I know will be the first ones i call to rent a place in London again! Thank you Vishal & a huge shout out to team Niche Estates xx & mostly thank you for a home sweet home <<33

Unfortunately I have been enquiring…

Unfortunately I have been enquiring over a property advertised for sale for over 2 weeks and no successful contact at all. The property is still advertised and was reduced in June so if i was that seller and knew someone was interested but never receives a call back from the agent I would be fuming! I have enquired by phone and by rightmove and get an automated response from Niche but thats it. Unfortunately the same property doesn’t seem to be advertised with any other agent but i hope it will eventually be.

Outstanding Service! I have known Vishal for 12 years and it’s been a pleasure working with him as a landlord and a seller. Niche Estates have exceptional market knowledge, are extremely professional, and make the whole process of letting or selling quite straightforward and stress-free. Their personalised approach to clients is second to none and they tend to be quite efficient in finding quality clients, whether you’re letting or selling. A great company to deal with. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and approachable estate agent.

I work with this team as a technology partner, and I’m consistently impressed by how committed they are to delivering an exceptional service for both landlords and tenants. They’re proactive, responsive, and always looking for ways to improve efficiency and communication. Their staff are knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and go the extra mile to make sure every client feels supported. It’s clear they care about doing things properly, and it shows in how smoothly their processes run and how quickly they get things done. If you’re looking for a letting agent who combines professionalism with a personal touch, I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Always a pleasure working with Vishal! He's fab at what he does, very knowldegable and passionate about getting things right for customers. As a landlord I found the rental process so easy with Vishal and his team, he fully understood my requirements and found me a tenant in a very short timeframe. It's great to know that I;m in safe and reliable hands (I say this having had very bad/horrendous experiences with the very common big estate agent names in Finchley). Highly highly recommend Niche Estates!

My experience using Niche Estates had been a great feel of attention to detail from the first point of contact made, till the final assistance needed. Niche Estate is the right place for you to go if you want a good place in North of London! The management is very humble and polite. We are students from India who were coming to London for the first time and management specially Isha was quite helpful to us. I was co-ordinating with Isha to get a rental place for 5 of us and she gave us so many options and helped us out with online viewings and all the legal procedures! If you just let them know about your requirements they will come back to you as soon as it’s they find a best fit for you!

I found Niche Estates an excellent help with our apartment search, Vishal in particular. He really made the whole process hassle free! Whatever we were looking for in an ideal apartment was there in the first one we viewed. Finding a suitable apartment is particularly tough but Vishal made it so easy I would highly recommend him for your apartment hunt. Vishal was very professional, friendly and courteous throughout all our interactions.

Thank you Vishal for always being on hand to answer my hundreds of questions. Regardless of how busy he is, Vishal is always on the end of that phone and I remember on one occasion he even responded to one of my questions at midnight! The quality of the properties you source are amazing and I love my new flat. Thank you so much to the admin team too!

Failed to turn up to a viewing!

Arranged a viewing with them. They confirmed it in writing several times including this morning. No one came. When I called initially I received no answer and then 15 mins after the viewing was supposed to take place I got a call back saying it was cancelled and I ought to have received a notification (I had not). Sorry to say a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience.

I would like to thank Isha with all my heart with her wonderful and awesome assistant. I would not expect to get from an Agent like Isha. Isha is a very reliable and I cannot believe that an agent can be available anytime and on weekends. Isha made everything smoothly for us to transition my daughter to a nice and safe place. Now my husband and I can able to leave our daughter while studying in London knowing she will be safe. Again we are so blessed to find Isha as our agent. Thank you with all our heart!

Dedicated, open and approachable. Vishal is a complete professional and one of the finest estate agents I have ever worked with. As a professional landlord, I have to rely on estate agents who are aggressive about bringing in just the type of tenants I specify while being open, honest and fully trustworthy in their dealings with me. That was Vishal's service to a T, and I have no reservations whatever about recommending his company wholeheartedly. He's changing things up! Thank you, Vishal.

I would highly recommend Niche Estates

Vishal is very warm and professional with how he communicates with you. He has excellent customer services and everything he said he would do he has done. Vishal is excellent at making and keeping contact with you and ensuring that you are kept updated with every step of the process of renting your property. Photos of my property were taken at the start of the week and within 24 hours he had three offers made on our property, references were completed and tenants are now due to move in at the start of the month. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with my previous agent, aware of this Vishal has been very considerate and informative during this process and reassured me every step of the way that using Niche Estates is the right choice, so much so he is now the managing agent as well. Vishal was recommend to me via a very happy customer and I too would definitely recommend Niche Estates - I look forward to a stress free time with Vishal managing my property.

Many thanks to Isha, estate agent from Niche Estates. She helped me to find a property that matched all my requirements and organized online viewing as I was away from the UK. She also helped me with all the questions that I had. Communication was fast and efficient. I will recommend definitely recommend cooperation with Isha as with both with a professional agent and a person of excellent personal qualities.

Vishals service was 10/10. I would recommend everyone to use Niche Estates whether you are looking to buy a property or private rent. The service was quick and reliable. Viewings we're arranged immediately after I showed intrest in the property. The process of getting contracts agreed between us and the landlord was simple and not complicated. Going forward I'll always be sticking with Niche Estates.

In the current markets where finding a place to live is so difficult and agents almost don’t care as long as they get bodies through the doors , I must say I was well looked after and I would recommend them to anyone !! Kind , gave me time and communicated well . My best interest was paramount .
