GoogleI chose to use NextHome as they were advertising a room nearby to my work place. I wasn’t sure at the time but after making an appointment with Mitchell and viewing the property he gave me confidence to go to the next step. There were a few issues with the room that I had noticed but they were resolved by Mitchell.

GoogleIf you are looking for a property manager, think twice before using this company as they are very unprofessional and incompetent! Staff are very rude in communication, take too long responding to queries and complaints, and are not clear with is when it comes to decisions or arrangements they have made. They have to constantly be chased and then become defensive when we say we should not have to do this.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. Despite 3 of us paying to hold a Next Home property and passing our guarantor reference details, we experienced incessant delays and poor communication for almost a month. Then, despite reassurance the week (AND DAY) before of everything being fine, we were then informed THE NIGHT BEFORE MOVING out of our previous tenancy that we could suddenly not move in. They blamed the referencing agents, who in turn when we called them said they couldn't get hold of the agency multiple times. We are now homeless and sofa surfing until we find somewhere else. Disgraceful treatment. Zero stars not possible sadly. DO NOT USE.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAwful service that had us strung along for a month. Denied us tenancy the night before moving in due to their own incompetence and blamed the slow processing on us despite everyone involved "helping" us going on holiday during said month. We did everything they asked as quickly as possible and they have left us without anywhere to stay and everything we own in storage. Disgraceful behaviour avoid like the plague and do NOT trust Glenn.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GooglePleased with our experience with Next Home. All of the team were friendly from the begginning and it’s been really easy to communicate with them on the phone or by email. Very professional, proactive, dynamic and attentive. Our main point of contact was Mitchell who is phenomenal. He made himself available around my crazy work schedule and was super informative and helpful! Really appreciate the wonderful service. We got exactly what we were looking for and he organised smoothly move in for me and my family. Definitely recommend!

GoogleAfter a few teething problems when moving into our new rented accommodation we absolutely couldn't have done it without Mitchell. He was so helpful with resolving all the first issues we had and really took the time to listen to all of our needs and went above and beyond to make that happen. We have been here nearly a year now but we really love our new home and strongly recommend using Next Home.
