He was contactable throughout the entire sale and really helped with ensuring that any issues identified within the conveyancing were dealt with in a professional and timely manner. There is a reason this estate agent only has 3.2 stars, they will make up excuses to use up your deposit and not refund it when needed. Shaniece West can’t stick to one thing and continuously changes up her story. She has a stinking attitude and was in the mood of keeping the deposit even though this estate agent hasn’t done anything towards helping with the letting of a property. I recommend you consider a different agent as this particular agent and their staff have attitude problems, it’s evident through other reviews too.

DECEPTION! TIME WASTERS!! INHUMANE!!!If I could give zero stars to them then I would! They made no efforts in telling me that the room that I booked for viewing was no longer available. Instead they waited for me to attend the viewing and then showed me a different room. I expressed to the agent that this isnt the room that they have shown us and I have travelled a long way to come see the property. The agent seemed to care less. Was being more pushy towards how its suitsble for me. Very unprofessional and unethical business practice. Next home ltd should take this feedback seriously and work on good business ethics because we are humans, not rats that you can enclose in your 14 bedroom shared filth hole that I viewed today. Felt more like a bed and breakfast/ hostel.

I have found working with Next Home LTD an incredibly easy process. We found a place we loved on RightMove and Mitchell was really accommodating throughout the whole process - he found a viewing time that worked for us, and then work with us in the run up to moving in to make sure we had everything we needed. A few changes were needed in the property and Mitchell did everything he could to try and help us. If there are ever any problems, Mitchell does his best to deal with them as quickly as possible and we are so grateful for the stress free experience we've had renting through Next Home LTD.

We gave Next Home the job of selling our home and couldn't be more pleased. In the almost 30 years we lived there we had invested hugely in the place, extended the house, bought extra land from the council, added secure parking, etc. We never really expected to regain what we put into it, because nothing in the area was like it, but we did.
