Next Door Properties London reviews

Syed, from Next Door Properties, improved significantly our renting experience. In busy times to rent in London, as September and October, he smoothed the process by adjusting to our needs and helping us to move into the property a couple of days in advance. He is incredibly friendly and professional and delivered everything that was promised. From all our experiences renting in the city, this one is the best by far. I would definitely recommend this agency.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Omar was extremely helpful in finding a great place, a nice luxurious apartment next to the river. The overall process was straightforward and very quick, he was always available for questions and dealing with him was a pleasure. Highly recommend, a rare exception in the London real estate market.

Can't speak highly enough of how Omar treated me and my housemate - he guided us through the process in great detail and was available as and when we needed him. He went to great lengths to reassure us and point out things that other agents might have overlooked, and seemed genuinely happy for us when the let was agreed. Made quite a stressful experience about as stress-free as it gets.

Omar was great in setting everything up, putting us in touch with the landlord and helping us when we came to extend our tenancy. Always on the end of the phone when we needed him and courteous and timely in his responses, would definitely recommend to a friend.

This was by far the best estate agents we dealt with when buying our flat. Omar was very helpful and approachable, and available to contact when there were any issues with the purchase. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy in London.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Both Jon and Omar were really professional, friendly and helpful. More importantly, these agents explained everything a tenant would need and ought to know - from A to Z leaving me assured. These guys are highly recommended!

Omar was a friendly, helpful, engaging guy who definitely goes the extra mile for his clients, far superior to the service we've received from the larger agents and chains. Makes you not dislike estate agents, which is a rare feeling in London!

Incredibly helpful staff, Syed was very helpful and go the extra mile to guide you through the process, and not "pushy" in the slightest. Very well organised, and managed very impressively with all parties involved in the move.
