GoogleI had a very positive experience with Nextdoor Lettings. Syed was extremely professional, kind, and efficient throughout the whole process. Even though I couldn't proceed with the tenancy due to personal reasons, he handled everything with great understanding and transparency. I'm very grateful for the support and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive letting agent. Thank you again!

GoogleI highly recommend Next Door properties as the estate agent to work with if you are interested in finding available quality rental homes in London. The staff, (Omar in particular) were informative, professional and spared no efforts in ensuring that the needs of the landlord and renter were met. Omar and team, with their wonderful personalities also managed to transform something quite transactional in nature (renting a home) into an experience where I truly felt that my needs (and those of my family) were put above all else. A wonderful experience renting with Next Door Properties and without doubt the best customer service i have experienced during my time in the U.K.

GoogleOmar managed a property we lived in for 4 years. We couldn’t have asked for someone more responsive, genuine and kind. Omar never stops - he would always get back to us rapidly and would always work to find a solution to any problem. It was the best experience I’ve had in London where renting can be a complete nightmare! We were very very sad to leave the property - mainly because it meant not working with Omar anymore! Thanks for everything.

GoogleWe've been in search of a flat for a while, and apart from not being satisfied with the properties, the agent we initially dealt with lacked warmth and didn't seem very accommodating. However, when we visited a flat listed with Next Door Properties, Omar went out of his way to show us around and treated us exceptionally well. He made us feel valued, taking the time to address our concerns and ensuring we didn't feel rushed. His kindness and dedication were so impressive that we decided to choose this property through him.

He felt so genuine, and his willingness to help immediately put us at ease. It felt like more than just a business transaction; Omar made the process personal. That is rare to find in the real estate industry. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he took the time to ensure we understood everything from start to finish. He goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Overall it was enjoyable experience. Very higly recommend

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Omar from Next Door Properties for our first-ever renting experience, and we couldn't be more delighted with the service we received. From the moment we enquired about potential properties, Omar made us feel comfortable and at ease. He went above and beyond to ensure that our first-time renting was not only stress-free but also a genuinely enjoyable process. Omar's friendly and approachable demeanor made all the difference. He patiently answered all our questions, addressing every concern we had. His knowledge and expertise in the rental market were evident, and it gave us immense confidence in our decisions. What stood out the most was how smoothly everything went. Renting for the first time can be daunting let alone doing it in London, but with Omar's guidance, it felt like a breeze. GoogleOmar was absolutely fab, completely different to any other estate agent I've come across and gave an incredibly personal service from start to finish. He made the whole process super easy and even at times, dare I say, made it enjoyable (which if you've ever flat-hunted in London you will know how hard that would be). We are now in a gorgeous flat and it's all down to you, Thanks a million!

GoogleI've had an awesome experience with Omar, the whole process was smooth and completely stress-free. He was kind, approachable, and always easy to communicate with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble even if I've made some pretty late requests, and it made a big difference to feel supported throughout. I’d happily and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to rent. If I could give 100 stars I definitely would. God bless and keep up the good work!

GoogleSyed and the team at Next Door Properties are very good at what they do. Myself and a couple of friends have just moved into a property and it was seamless from start to finish. Finding an estate agents who are attentive, efficient, realistic and actually care about the needs of prospective tenants is refreshing. Syed especially was very helpful, would take time to call and help answer any queries we had, making everything run very smoothly. I can’t recommend them more and I hope their business grows. GoogleOne of a kind - I haven’t had a better experience with a letting agent. Omar is professional in process and personal in service: he’s been super responsive to any questions, resolved issues quickly, always makes time for us if needed and does so with warmth and friendliness. With some letting agents it can feel like ‘us and them’, but that is certainly not the case here. As I said - one of a kind.

GoogleI just moved out to one of the flats they managed. It was awesome. I met Omar on that day I inquired. He is very accommodating and very professional. He is very helpful too since it was my first time to look for an apartment and live on my own. He was not bothered at all even if I have lots of questions and some of the questions are even nonsense ones.Omar is very efficient. He helped and guided me all through out from the viewing ,signing of contract and when I moved in. He was even helpful to help me even after that. Next door properties provides quality service. I feel so lucky I met him and chosen Next door properties to be my agent. Moving in to this perfect and lovely flat was easy because he helped me a lot. I think for a first timer mover it wasn't that hard especially if there is a good support from the agent. I would definitely recommend Next Door Properties . They are service oriented. And if one day I'll be buying my own flat ,I'll go to them. Thanks so much.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNext Door properties had been a big help in moving on our new flat. Syed (the agent from nextdoorproperties) had been extremely nice on assisting us. It was easy to contact him for any concerns that we have. I also appreciate the fact that he was still answering our queries about the property even when he was on holiday. The property was well checked and cleaned before moving in. We didn’t even have to go to their office to get the keys, thus, it was handed to us personally by their office so it was really hassle free. I hope they would be able to continue this kind of service that we had experienced. Cheers!
