Moving Inn have been very professional and helpful. I have been a landlord for many years and so as a result I have a lot of dealings with estate agents, over the years I have become disillusioned with estate agents in general. I came to Moving Inn on a recommendation from a friend. They took all the hassle away from managing my properties, paid the rent on time every month, and did a great job of looking after properties. I was also particularly impressed with how rigorous they were when vetting and choosing tenants

The whole experience was very good, with great customer service from the agent showing us the property - Gabriel - being very patient and meeting with us several time till we answered all of our questions all the way to back office sending out papers quickly, prompt replies and very fast turnaround times.

Both the lady I first spoke to on the phone to the guy (Arjan) who showed us around were so rude and unfriendly. They are unresponsive to emails and have a terrible telephone manner. I'm not sure how anyone has successfully let with them as customer service is clearly lacking. If I see a property listed by them I just ignore it regardless of whether it's in my price range because I would prefer to not deal with these people. The property they offered me was an alternative that was shockingly bad. Not sure how they could even show it to people in the state it was in. If it doesn't have pictures there is a reason... Steer Clear.

this what happens when the least educated and least mannered people become 'estate agents'. Not only some of their English the worst i have ever heard (from English people as well), they sound very very dodgy indeed. Do not give them your details, and find a private landlord, if not find a trusted agency which would not ask stupid questions. And besides, the good reviews are written by the agency staff and their friends.

I'm so disappointed. My partner seen an amazing propertie the guy went to show it and we love it straight away. My partner paid 350 just to assure the property in the same day. Next day we were supost meet up to sort out everything else. We gave the notice to our current agency and a while after they call saying that the property was taken the night before. Really? Not Nice
