GoogleMoving Inn is an efficient and straightforward agency, with clear procedures and no hidden costs. Gabriel, the agent who helped me, has been excellent in managing all the bits and pieces required: referencing (being patient in waiting for my workplace to provide all the info), deposit, checks, tenancy agreement, Deposit Scheme, immigration status, right to rent, furniture, etc. Excellent in responding quickly and kindly!!! GoogleIt was my first interaction with estate agents, i wernt sure what to expect, but i had questions fired at me before even asking me who i was or what i wanted... I understand it's a business but you always welcome the person first. My second interaction with them was much better hence why im staying in the middle at the moment with my stars They spent the time to explain everything although we were disturbed twice, which again if im your customer even if it is "potential" i'd expect undivided attention... Good if you can catch them during a quiet period, otherwise too fast paced, im not here buying groceries, im here making a large investment and as the nature of the business careful consideration is required... Best to e-mail back and forth although you may lose the property you were interested during that period.

GoogleHad a fast, efficient and amazing experience with moving Inn. Actually Seyi done all and were a star and really helpful. Had a viewing on Monday of a studio flat that i wanted and can be difficult because i got a cat. But he has done the best to deal with the landlord and really fast to help me to have my cat accepted!!!! And he manage to have it accepted by the end of day!!! Next day, all been approved and now i got a flat!!! Thanks a lot Seyi, you are the best!!!!

GoogleI have rented through Moving Inn now for the second time and I can say that Gabriel and Justyna are very professional and diligent estate agents. GoogleFirst time experience using this agency. I have been buying and renting property for 17 years and have used a variety of agents from the corporates to the small independents and everything else in between. The aforementioned have nothing on these guys. Let our flat with minimal of fuss, achieved the rent we wanted and the back office administration was outstanding. A pleasure to do business and would not hesitate to use again.

GoogleI have been using Moving Inn as a managing agent for my Flat for the last 4 1/2 years. I have found them to be very professional and prompt in dealing with requests from myself or my tenants. I live in Australia so honesty and trust are the two main reason I continue to deal with them. I mainly deal with Justyna and find her to be very helpful and thorough in keeping me posted on updates with my flat. Every tenant that Dean and Justyna have found for me have been very good. Their judgement has proved to be far better than that of myself. I will continue to use Moving Inn for as long as I own this property.

GoogleI have been a client of Moving Inn for over 5 years. As a landlady, over the years, I have engaged with many estate agents, and have been disappointed many times until I came across Moving Inn. I was initially impressed with no nonsense attitude, efficiency, and overall professionalism. But what stood out over the years and proved to be most valuable, is their attention to my and my tenants' particular circumstances and the ability to deal with whatever comes up and resolve issues effectively. Highly Recommend!
