I had a really positive experience working with Justyna at Moving Inn during what turned out to be a very stressful and time-sensitive move. Despite a complicated situation on my side and very tight timelines, Justyna was consistently professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to communicate clearly, follow up when needed, and ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. What really stood out was her patience and understanding, she handled multiple queries and last-minute challenges calmly and efficiently, always keeping me informed and reassured. Thanks to her help, I was able to secure and move into my new property without further delays, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend Justyna to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated agent.

I had a very positive letting experience with Mr. Gabriel from Moving Inn Limited, Croydon. He was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Communication was always clear and prompt, and he made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. It’s rare to find an agent who truly cares about both the tenant and the property, but Mr. Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Moving Inn Limited - especially Mr. Gabriel - to anyone looking to rent or let in Croydon.

I was greeted by Gabriel in respectful, friendly but very professional manner right from the start. There was no sales pitch as I was shown around my property of interest allowing me to make an informed decision and consider my needs. Once I moved forward I was impressed and felt of value when I contacted and was contacted by Gabriel, kept informed of processes at each stage which was explained right up to fruition. Gabriel said 'we are here for you' 'we are here to help' and you really were. I cannot thank you enough Moving Inn and can't believe I really will be moving in :-)

I would like to show my appreciation and gratitude to Gabriel. He has helped me and my husband tremendously throughout our journey to find a place to stay, we were so desperate to find a nice place to stay because the house we lived in was being sold and thanks to him we got a wonderful studio flat to stay. I recommend Gabriel if you need a hand or a help to find a house to stay. Denara!

My experience with Moving Inn was perfect. Gabriel and Justyna were brilliant. They were highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable. They made each stage of the renting process - viewing, offering, referencing, moving - a pleasure. Every detail of the new tenancy was made crystal clear to me at the outset. I understood immediately how bills would be paid and how the property would be maintained. This information provided the peace of mind I needed to make an offer without any lingering doubts. I could not be happier with the new flat that they found for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Huge thanks to Gabriel, Justyna and the whole Moving Inn team!!
