GoogleI really recommend moving Inn. I recently moved to my new studio flat and I'm so pleased with all the process. A special thank you goes to Gabriel. HE was absolutely amazing in taking care of everything, I had a bunch of questions and he was there to answer them all with no problems. I highly recommend Gabriel's customer service and Moving Inn.

GoogleFound an their ad posted in a website and Gabriel was quick to reach me back and arrange a viewing of the property I liked. Moved in in less than a week. Everything went super smooth and I cannot be any happier about it. People think moving is complex and scary but I was lucky enough to be in safe hands. Thanks!

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Samuel throughout the process of renting a property. I have had contact with many different estate agents and none have come close to the level of service I have received here. Everything was clear from the start and communication was excellent. Many other agencies aren’t very honest and upfront which is the total opposite of Moving Inn. I highly recommend using them as you will 100% enjoy the service provided.

Googlei received a thoroughly professional service from the team at MovingInn and in particular Dean and Justyna. They went over and beyond to ensure that my house sale went smoothly and that i received an acceptable price. I was particularly impressed with the administration and that calls were answered promptly and I it appeared nothing was too difficult for them to deal with. GoogleNo stars. We had originally written a review and had a great service with moving inn, Gabriel made everything move so quickly. We hadn’t realised that this actually meant nothing in the property was checked and therefore, it was not ready/ safe for us to move into after taking a deposit and six months rent in advance. We would not recommend this service to first time buyers, they have cost us so much money as well as taken the excitement of a first home for us. Issues are so slow to be resolved (if they ever even will be) this includes black smoke coming from the oven, flickering lights, a carbon monoxide alarm going off, a broken window and letter box. We were also told that they would notify all relevant parties of us moving in and didn’t, leaving us now at risk of fines. We will now be forced to seek legal advise and again spend more of our money that we had saved so we could get married. I would appreciate being contacted by the manager of Moving Inn to discuss further.

GoogleEdit - following the poor experience, the company director reached out to me with an apology and follow-up. I also received an apology from Gabriel. It would seem my experience was an isolated one given the overwhelmingly positive reviews about this business. My updated 3-star review is reflective of my overall experience with Moving Inn. Disappointing experience with Gabriel who cancelled our scheduled viewing 30 minutes before the appointment because we hadn't replied to his text message. Upon returning his missed call his attitude was poor as he expressed the viewing wouldn't be taking place as planned, despite me organising my day around the viewing. Terrible customer service - I don't make appointments and then expect to have to confirm multiple times in order for that appointment to be confirmed.
