GoogleNaveed & team managed my property for many years while I lived overseas. They were highly professional but also personable and made the process, even when changing tenants very easy. I had no hesitation asking them to act for me when I decided to sell. They gave a great service and advice. I always felt they understood what I wanted and acted with my best interests at heart. I woukd highly recommend the team for either managing or buying/selling properties.

GoogleMy friend and I recently began renting a flat from Martin & Co and Hamza’s been exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the whole process. The property has a few issues but he’s responded promptly to helping resolve any concerns. However, while Hamza has been great, our brief encounter with other people from the Balham branch (via phone or in person) could be improved

With excellent communication skills and an honest approach to the letting process, she has always followed through on any enquiries and requests with great efficiency. GoogleMyself and my partner approached the Estate agent and the lady with dark hair inside and shouted at us to not approach this Estate agent as they do not serve minority ethnic groups and people who are not of a w middle class background and know of others who have faced unfair discrimination from this Estate agents!

Dear Maria, This never happened, and your description of events are unrealistic, as you basically have stated that whilst you were outside our office, before you even entered, you were told not to come into the office, based on your race! This is wholly untrue and this event never took place.
