A Highly Professional Service

Working with Martin & Co Balham has helped make the process of letting in London for the first time straightforward and hassle free thanks to the outstanding work of estate agent Gabriela Benewiat. With excellent communication skills and an honest approach to the letting process, she has always followed through on any enquiries and requests with great efficiency. Martin & Co's tenancy procedure through Goodlord referencing was highly secure and there was always advice and guidance if required. If you're new to the London rental market, I would highly recommend speaking with Gabriela from Martin & Co Balham.
