terrible agent and will never deal with them again in my life. I rent a property from this office one year ago, the landlord is based abroad. The negotiator named Manon told me that the landlord managed the property herself and she had a handy man here to take care of things. However, the property is quite old and need repairs, the landlord does not respond until council sent her legal notice.

Stay far away from them

Stay far away from them. Sarah Warmington handled my case and I must say all of these agents are crooks.. They tried to force me to rent out my flat to an inappropriate tenant which they didn’t even want to expose. Eventually I found out who the proposed tenant was and got the shock of my life. When I refused I got called all sorts of things by this agent!! And she tried to scam me on so much money as a punishment for not letting my flat (yes, I’m talking about 1300 pounds), and keep in mind that I had not signed any contract with them!!! Even the receptionist at the agency tried to stop me from calling the support centre by hiding the phone number with his own hands. Absolutely repelled by these criminals!!!
