Marsh and Parsons appointed a new tenancy manager, Victry Simbo. She took over a complicated tenancy situation and worked hard to sort out a mess to everyone's satisfaction, Landlords as well as tenants. Very professional, courteous, efficient and timely in her actions/responses.

3 reasons to never use Marsh & Parsons:1) They misspelt my name on a legal document2) They did not respond to my email for 10 days, and even then, only when chased 3) When I rung up to ask a question about the Covid-19 notice period, I was given the completely wrong information, which has delayed my house move by 6 months All they care about is making money, they are not interested in looking after their customers.

My five star rating is based on the performance of our Property Manager, Jonathan Jarman-Ho. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful.However it must be said that the previous property manager was not at all satisfactory, and wouldn't have rated any stars.

AVOID THIS LETTING AGENCY !!! If I could give them minus stars I would. Worst experience ever. Extremely disorganised, not responsive to emails, and trying to scam you at every point of the tenancy. But rest assured if you are in one of these situations… they don’t have a legal team lol and they tried to make it seem like I was breaching the contract while on multiple counts they were at fault.

Poor communication from the property manager, Elisabeth Ppasa. Both the landlord as well as the tenants had to chase her via emails. They do not return the rental deposits on time, giving lame excuses.

GoogleWe have found Marsh and Parsons, particularly Cantelle, to be well above the norm for agents. She has been 100% helpful to us, and has clearly put much energy into providing a first class service. We have had some disappointments with agents, but would rate Marsh & Parsons in the top grade. They find good quality tenants quickly, and service all the administration with great efficiency.

GoogleMarsh & Parsons have been awesome during my search for a residence within London. We initially had quite a few individuals helping us through the process but Nic Elliot stood out for his professionalism and overall positive attitude. Nic sat my partner and I down to gain an understanding as to what type of property we were looking for and from this he was able to help us narrow down our search. His ability to show us properties that fit our definitive (and borderline exhaustive) list of requirements has come back with an incredible success rate. Furthermore, Nic's ability to come across as a stand up guy that just gets the pressure that we are feeling as a couple, who are new to the hustle and bustle of London has made us feel extremely comfortable and we will be recommending him to all our friends moving forwards. We are looking forward to Nic helping us close our first rental property in London soon and we know it's just around the corner :)
