The employees of M&P are clearly well trained and 'know their job' but what makes them 'great' is their enthusiasm and politeness even when the client is in the wrong or just ignorant about housing matters. GoogleWould definitely recommend Valerie Okeke as an agent if you are looking to find places west of London. She was truly helpful and patient throughout the process. I was thankful for this as it was my first time ‘property hunting’. She offered frequent updates to potential places for rent without being pushy at all. A truly kind person who is ever willing to help at all times, I would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of a place.

Ian has represented not only ourselves in the sale of our flat, but I have also worked with him as a member of our enfranchised freehold company in dealing with the sale/purchase of other people's flats in our building. Ian is a true professional, gets the job done like he says he will and works damn hard to ensure you get the best deal. He is a rare light and breath of fresh air in the real estate agent world.

We had an issue - our fridge broke down - which needed to be resolved urgently. Our contract was very helpful in arranging first a diagnosis and then for the fridge to be replaced. She was always available by phone, was responsive and kept us in the loop on developments. Thanks to her only in little over a week we now have a working fridge.

We've been using M&P to let out a flat in South Kensington for nearly ten years. Apart from a bump in the road with tenancy management a few years ago (those involved have long since moved on) we have been pleased with the team's professionalism and effectiveness, especially when we once got into dispute with a tricky tenant who was in breach of contract.
