Great experience could not recommend more!!

My experience with Tenancy Manager Giles was really great. I was waiting for my tenant to pay rent and spoke with Giles who went above and beyond to chase the tenant and get everything resolved. He kept me in the loop the whole time and made me feel very secure in what was going on. Fab!!

Meilssa Polvan

Meilssa Polvan, an agent at Marsh and Parsons gave me good advice for saving money by saying to get my friend to move my stuff as opposed to hiring a removals company but she was expecting me to cover the void period of £250 for the landlord. Her justification for the latter is '£250 is not a lot of money'.Furthermore, Melissa Polvan was very pushy in getting me to sign the contract using manipulative means amongst other things were were distasteful.Stay well away from March and Parsons.

We recently purchased a property through Marsh and Parsons Willseden Green. We dealt with an agent called Henry who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process! Initially Henry showed us a few different properties to try and get a feel for what we wanted, we found him to be very knowledgeable about all the properties and when he wasn't sure about something, would get back to us promptly with the information. We always felt like Henry would show us properties that we would actually be interested in, not just anything in our price range. We had obviously seen properties through other estate agents, but Henry was by far, the best of the bunch and personable. Even when we had to take a break because of lockdown Henry was patient, didn't bombard us with calls and emails and actually contacted us back when we said he should! We would thoroughly recommend him and will be contacting Marsh and Parsons again when we decide to sell.

Everything has been smooth with M&P since we moved into our flat. Abdullah has been particularly helpful in answering/responding to queries when needed and has always been polite. It is much appreciated when oftentimes property managers in London can be confrontational or aggressive, M&P have instead been no trouble at all.

Nara Bolor-Erdene's excellent service!

I'd like to compliment Nara Bolor‑Erdene for her excellent handling of all my property management concerns. Unfortunately, I've had a few issues at my property recently, but Nara's clear communication, efficient follow up emails and calls with handymen and plumbers, along with her very fair handling of all quotes, has taken much of the stress away from me.
